Hydraulic presses occupy a wide field in the processing industry.

This fact is mainly due to the multiple adjustment possibilities offered by the electro-hydraulic control, specifically we can perfectly adapt the machine to the transformation process, to the characteristics of the material and its configuration.

Due to its design, the press frame can absorb very high loads with minimal deformation, allowing high-precision parts to be produced.

The moving table guide is oversized and equipped with backlash adjustment, allowing work with off-center loads. The cylinder rod is coated with a layer of hard chrome and equipped with special seals for watertightness. The hydraulic station is generally mounted on the top of the press. Upon request, our machines can be equipped with all kinds of hydraulic pump combinations, for example: axial piston main pump, variable flow and constant power regulation. The hydraulic components are mounted on distributor blocks to facilitate valve actuation. Moreover, the circuits are protected from overload by pressure limiting valves. Control can be: two-handle, with light barrier, automatic cycle, pedal... All controls comply with the latest "Safety and Accident Prevention" standards.
